Facilitation of Groups

Good facilitation is characterised by an appropriate mixture of experience and knowledge, of an attending and guiding attitude. It is not always possible to contract external support for this.

The effect on group work is very positive if staff members, colleagues or volunteers have been well-prepared for their role as facilitators.

We offer tailor-made training courses for paid staff as well as unpaid volunteers who are active in civil society on topics such as

  • facilitation of group meetings,
  • participation in methods for big groups,
  • application of creative techniques and
  • implementation of Future Search.
